Hi. Looking at the prices of vegetables in Japan I would say it might be slightly cheaper in South Africa. Fruit is a bit cheaper in South Africa as we have lots of fruit farms but lately we haven't been getting good rains. Love your new kitchen shelves. It looks stunning.

Hello, I also have to add my compliments for the kitchen upgrade, looks great and super useful! My compliments to Moryan for the nice English pronunciation, sounds very good. The cabbage dish you were preparing today reminded me of a well know eastern europe dish called sarma. Each country has its own version, the Croatian one is basically a sour cabbage roll filled with minced meat and rice. On the other hand, recently I've discovered that there's a Croatian restaurant in Tokyo, more interesting fact that is owned by a Japanese guy and the most interesting is that this restoran exists for more than 20 years. The place is called Dobro (dobro means good in Croatian :). Anyway, they serve sarma too :D

Hello, I also have to add my compliments for the kitchen upgrade, looks great and super useful! My compliments to Moryan for the nice English pronunciation, sounds very good. The cabbage dish you were preparing today reminded me of a well know eastern europe dish called sarma. Each country has its own version, the Croatian one is basically a sour cabbage roll filled with minced meat and rice. On the other hand, recently I've discovered that there's a Croatian restaurant in Tokyo, more interesting fact that is owned by a Japanese guy and the most interesting is that this restoran exists for more than 20 years. The place is called Dobro (dobro means good in Croatian :). Anyway, they serve sarma too :D

And wow, it’s so interesting to hear about sarma!😳 It sounds really delicious, and we love learning about different dishes from around the world.🌍 The combination of sour cabbage, minced meat, and rice sounds very comforting, similar to some Japanese home-cooked meals.🥬🥩 We had no idea there was a Croatian restaurant in Tokyo, and the fact that it has been around for over 20 years, owned by a Japanese person, is really impressive!😂 We'll definitely have to check out Dobro sometime-especially since they serve sarma! 😆
