Depends on what kind of conditions you are looking for... Winds like in the video are just a special weather phenomen so called "Föhn", happens only when bad weather is pushing to the alps from the south, then we have this wind on the norther side of the alps... On other days we usually have daily thermal winds of around 4 BFT, when the sun is shining like on lake garda....
