Amazing Day of Smallmouth Fishing with Great Lakes Finesse!

In this video we are fishing some shallow water for Pre Spawn Smallmouth. These fish are moving up to areas that they will be spawning in. The water is slowly warming and the fish are getting grouped up pretty good. Anything works once you find the fish . Good way to promote lures lol

It’s much more important to find where the fish are and get on em then to have the perfect lure, but it’s definitely not true that they’ll just hound on anything when you find them. Fishing in clear water I’ve seen even schools of bass turn their heads to one lure, just to put another in front of them they crush. Lure choice definitely matters lol, you don’t have to be stuck up about it.
