There is one thing I've been pondering for a long time and I just have to ask.. Is it just me or is the intro jingle of your videos highly reminiscent of the Skywalker theme? And if Yes, is that deliberate? With some arrangements it's more evident than others, but the question hovers in my head for some time now and I was wondering if I'm the only one thinking that.

I'm not trying to copy anyone else's music as that would be a copyright violation. I have a video episode that I wrote called the 7-note challenge, but I've never produced it. John Williams is my favorite film composer. I love how he writes melodies and orchestrates them- often with only 7 note melodies as the first movement. The idea behind my "intro jingle" was to create a memorable 7-note phrase. It's probably not that memorable, but I believe it is unique. I do enjoy having a little fun now and again with orchestrated versions, rather than the original simple ones on older episodes. I wondered if anyone would ever ask me- good call-out. Thanks for the comment/question.

Again an excellent discussion and important to young persons.Perhaps a legal contract would be best in today's world where disputes are common.
I would like to suggest follow up in which you discuss the nature and focus of the band the imputes in terms of songwriting presentation etc. e.g. If I am a guitarist singer songwriter and form a band with a bass player keyboard player and drummer to produce a band image for marketing and production of my music; how do the others as a group or as individuals express their creativity and define themselves.Often the challenge for a lead vocalist of a popular band who has a distinctive sound such as Peter Cetera and Chicago.

I created an Episode late last year, but I have never published it. It's about managing a band and band dynamics, but it really needs to be redone. I don't believe it is as good as it could have been. If I get time, I'll rework it and publish it. Obviously, the question you asked about other band members is deeper than a quick answer here, but I will state. Some band members are happy in a supporting role, others want more. Sometimes that means finding another band, other times it means sharing the spotlight.
