Not that it will affect my efforts, but every individual puts in a lot of effort to present their art to the world. Here's me uploading another video on the face of whoever did this. I love your dance but the camera movements restricted seeing the legs, which is the main part of the kathak dance.
Yes, Kathak is mainly about legs. But this is bhartanatyam. She is a student of Bharatnatyam. Sitting or semi-sitting postures are a part of Bharatnatyam not kaththak. ☺️🤗

Coz she is not doing Kathak at all! She is doing semi classical style.In kathak you don't lip sync nor you move your waist.

@@KakashiHatake-sw2sy This is semi- classical. You can't lipsync in Bharatnatyam and Kathak both. Some posture are different from classical dance that means it's a semi- classical.

This is the far best I have seen of 'mohe rang do laal'. Plus your expression and the kathak it is syncing so wonderfully. You actually did justice to this song more than Deepika could.

There is no comparison, the context of the movie was different. not that Deepika didnt do justice to this, Deepika is not a professional dancer although what she did in the movie was absolutely fantastic

It's not Kathak, qamar lachkana thing and lip sync is not allowed to do in any classical dance.

Two things I noticed in her routines.... She incorporates Manipuri dance movements and when she does those turns, she tilt her head a bit which makes it all the more cute
