Polymorphous light eruption (PMLE)

Recognize the common features of polymorphous light eruption (PMLE) on histopathology. Often, you can see melanin-capping, which I do not highlight in this video. Other cases may not show this prominent edema, so clinical-pathologic correlation remains essential.

My TCM therapist used cups on my back where I had a PMLE rash and all this water came out of my back when she tightened the cups. It felt good and cleared the rash.
