Hauf and Hauf 🥃
For Ben’s pairing suggestion, he recommends trying Kingsbarns Dream to Dram with Brewdog Indie Pale Ale
Hive Mojito 🐝
10ml sugar syrup
5 or 6 lime wedges press to release juice
8-12 fresh mint leaves press gently to release flavour
60ml Hive blended malt whisky
Half fill glass with crushed ice
Stir together
Fill up with crushed ice
Stir again
Final top with crushed ice
Garnish with sprig of mint
Paper Plane ✈️
22.5ml Kingsbarns Dream to Dram single malt whisky
22.5ml Aperol
22.5ml Amaro Nonino
22.5ml fresh lemon
Measure into your cocktail shaker and half fill with ice
Shake for 10-15 seconds
Strain into a coupe glass
Garnish with lemon peel
Paper Plane Spritz 🍹
22.5ml Kingsbarns Dream to Dram single malt whisky
22.5ml Aperol
22.5ml Amaro Nonino
22.5ml fresh lemon
Measure all the ingredients into your cocktail shaker and half fill with ice
Shake for 10-15 seconds
Strain into a wine glass and top up with
Garnish with wheel of lemon
