NY JH party is probably one of my favorite videos of the year to watch, its like an old school budget nitro circus (in all due respect). Just hilarious though....thanks for all you do!
When maintaining the oval track I race rc cars on I find the track holds up better if you water it after you turn it up and before you pack it down. When you pack it dry the water has a harder time soaking it the ground. Watering it before you pack it seals some of that moisture underneath the surface. Just some tips I found. Also if it's cold enough and the dew comes in the track will be way faster and hold up better. Can't wait to see the new years race
You are correct about water absorption into compacted soil, but it goes beyond that. Hydrophobic soil lacks the ability to absorb water for various reasons, such as composition, compaction and most importantly dryness. Dry dirt cannot absorb significant moisture without wetting. That is why you see flash floods when rain hits a desert region or you have flour lumps in your gravy. Spray the dirt with a light amount of water and then giving that top layer a few minutes to absorb that water. That breaks the hydrophobic barrier and allows deep absorption of water. You can also use a chemical wetting agents or even dish soap. Keeping the dirt slightly moist eliminates the issue all together.
Justin is my favorite you tube person. Thanks for hiring him. Please make him commentate the new years video. Also the track looks sick I can't wait for the shinnanagins. Happy new year Justin, Danielle, and Justin.
Keep up the great content, I'm digging it! I like a video almost every other day. Freaking awesome. It took me ripping in the rain for several weeks to make my little track like that.
This is turning in to the the min Freedom Factor 😂😂😂 Happy New Year brother 🎉🎉🎉love the content, looking forward for more updates in the new year 🎉🎉🎉🎉 All the way from Little old England 🏴 🏴👍👍👍
If you really want to keep the moisture in that one corner throw a tarp over it after you do you final compact and water it good and tarp it and it will hold that moisture in the ground alot better!! May be a good idea to do it the night before your event
That little roller is cool as hell it looks like it just glide right over it. Well on one side anyway. And that fithwheel is super nice someone would be gettin a he'll of a deal
Box blade is great have you tried dragging like 15 20 foot long section of chain link fence you can get it super flat and level. Love watching can't wait see this race.
Mix laundry soap in with your water to get the dirt to pacholdlllbetter. We use it on our backyard dirt kart track. We bought old caged water tank on skid and attached some pvc with holes in it. Put it in back truck or tractor and water it down after cutting it then pack it down. Looks good
Jh must have done some motocross in his younger days im pretty sure he rides pretty good takes them table tops and ive seen him hit some doubles before at the dunes so I'm pretty sure he aint just putted on no pit bikes
@ your just jellous bro, one big ass bonfire and a little love that backyard would be bad ass. Be happy with your trailer buddy. I want a big ass backyard trash or not.
I would till it then drag it with springs from an old mattress or something similar to level it out good, then come back and wet it down then compact. Just opinion from experience. Enjoy!
Yeah that'll only work if he digs around it alot deeper I've been there and done that you have to dig down around the roots those roots probably stretch at least 10ft diameter around the stump!! It will work like you said but takes alot of digging around the stump first!! Obviously your a country man like me there's not too many people that know how to do that!! Love that you let people know how to do it though!!
@ yea I’ve had to take a few stumps out and learned a few tricks but I guess should have explained a little more you are correct you gotta dig it out a little but it’s definitely worth the work to have the entire stump removed. Used to do landscaping and had to remove a tree right up on a guys house dug a 7 foot hole to get it all out
You should have added a lot of water after tilling, that way the water gets deep. Let it soak in over night. Then backdrag, add alot more water, let it set for a while, then run the roller
Doesn't Cleet have a water truck? I know he has a firetruck.Would have been ALOT easier to water the track down. Can't wait to see the video of the party it's one I look forward to every year.😊
90 percent chance of rain means that 90 percent of the viewing area should have rain, since you did not see any you were in the 10 percent that was not to get any rain, looking forward to your New Year's Eve party video.
cut the stump flush with the ground then burn a few bags of charcoal on top of it. It will burn down pretty good and be lower then the ground so you can just fill the hole in and track goes right over it
NY JH party is probably one of my favorite videos of the year to watch, its like an old school budget nitro circus (in all due respect). Just hilarious though....thanks for all you do!
Good call in the stump dude , some how some way Garza was going to get f***ed up on that. LOL
He’s a rookie anyway seems like
@@blainehawkins6295 😂🤣 ROOKIE?? He's just fu@kin hopeless! 😁
I'll never forget the video that JH was ripping that bike around in the mud and hit that hole and wiped out😂😂this start of video reminded me of it!!

Doubt it'd be cold enough. Tuesday night is only suppose to be 60 or low 60's
Absolutely is the best way to do it. Work it up, water, water, water. Pack it down.
That's why my local track has a spike rollers to punch holes into the track. Water it down then have all the cars go out and pack it in

@@JP-qq2knzero trash. It’s just hurricane debris and cardboard with some empty jugs.

That little roller is cool as hell it looks like it just glide right over it. Well on one side anyway. And that fithwheel is super nice someone would be gettin a he'll of a deal

It's so funny how you say "Inner resting" lol 😂😂. It's "in ter esting" 😂😂
Set the camper up and make it a rental for people coming into town for events or just need a getaway.
nah bro add some concrete ontop that dirt and that baby would be the sickest backyard track! that's legit a dream backyard no lie!
Lmao! A dirt circle with a pile of garbage in the middle is a dream backyard...? 😂 Rrrrrrright....
Enjoy!
That stump tie a chain around it get a old tire and rim. Put the chain over the tire hook it to your tractor and it’ll pull it right out the ground

Happy moshpitting!
Need these mower races on FRDM+ asap
I’ve been to the last 5 Christmas/new years party . Things get super sketchy especially when Garret and Justin go at it 0:51
See you next year 🥁
change the gearing to a split sprocket on your mower Justin and you can quick change ratios on the fly!
Damn I really wanted to see the track finished after it was fully rolled.
Can't wait to see the video of the party it's one I look forward to every year.😊
Get some VP track prep. They have a stay wet solution for dirt track racing 👍
13:58 WOW you better slow that tractor down😂😂😂😂 I didn’t know they could book it like that 😂😂😂😂😂
Let's Go. GOD BLESS AMERICA 🇺🇸
You need to do a give away to join JH and friends on New Year’s Eve. Please.
90 percent chance of rain means that 90 percent of the viewing area should have rain, since you did not see any you were in the 10 percent that was not to get any rain, looking forward to your New Year's Eve party video.
I always look forward to the nye party vid. you guys in america live a good life compared to us in the uk. HOLD MY BEER🍻 🏁🇺🇸🇬🇧🔥
cut the stump flush with the ground then burn a few bags of charcoal on top of it. It will burn down pretty good and be lower then the ground so you can just fill the hole in and track goes right over it
He keeps doing the fire and I believe it’s because the firefighters like coming to see what the party is all about 🎉
Move some of the burn pile onto the stump and just burn it for a few days
