Wow guy’s! I was blown away when Lucas and Rachel was looking at the house first, I’m in love. I love how the sliding door opens up to where the pool is at its absolutely amazing 😍❤️
Also, I love ❤ the outdoors space - definitely get the pool & safety gate. You can ask your pool builder if you can add sonar sensors for the pool. These sensors will activate (alarm) when on to anything/anyone that penetrates the water.
This house is IT!!! out of all of em. Perception.eveeything and more you need to grow in, live in. I'm in love.

Yeah this is the house. Love the front door and entryway. Gorgeous. Be careful of drunk guest running into your panoramic screen. I think having the kids bedrooms upstairs is better than on the first floor.

2021, it's a very nice house no denying that! You do realize, that Jack and Jill bathroom can be converted into two baths. Once the children are older they will have a bath of their own. You can do a nice organized pantry. Putting your oatmeal, rice, sugar, flour and cereal in glass containers and labeling them. Plus, it will last longer this way you can see what you have and not waste as much. 😁 Yep!
