I swear these writers love to give Claire pain. Jared leaves, her best friend dies, her mom dies, Melendez dies, she gets PTSD, and now breast cancer...yep seems par for the course with her

Oh my goodness, the look on Shaun's face when he opened the door up and saw Claire. So adorable ❤. Claire was honestly like Shaun's best friend and sorta like a big sister to him. These two did so good qt hiding their British accent in the show. Even though you can still hear it on some episodes (a few of the old ones). Chuku is also British too.
I always hated Claire, she was very stuck up. Glad they gave her character breast cancer.
Why would you wish a horrible disease like cancer on anyone? I have lost numerous family members to cancer and watching them go through treatment and still dying breaks my heart every time. Your comment is very cruel and you have no compassion at all. I hope you don't loose anyone to cancer.

I am thinking Glassman will retire to avoid suffering the consequences for having Hannah in his house. We will see how that affects Shaun in the finale. As for Claire, I am surprised they are giving her breast cancer. I believe she will be okay. At least she is holding Steve!!

@@kbraven7007 They're not going to kill one of Shaun's best friends in the final stretch. I don't think it would be possible to bring the ghost Melendez to this "couple" meeting (which never existed). It would be too cliche and too clueless.
@@jilmaracosta945 I hope you’re right, that we will see a happy ending for everyone and we are not going to see things go down like that. Besides the guy who played Malendez hasn’t been confirmed in coming back, so we don’t have anything to worry about. At least I hope not.

Claire having breast cancer is quite a surprise, hope they can get rid of the tumor. Also about the Hannah situation, sure it may not be the best idea with her living in his house, but I get why Dr. Glassman is doing it. Losing Maddie and being divorced twice was bad enough, it’s time something goes right in his life for once.
It's going to be a sad episode and yes, Dr. Glassman grew close to Hannah and adored her. She's also his real daughter (Ruby Kelly)❤I think she's the youngest.
Depending on what stage it is, she may need to get a mastectomy as the most effective treatment.
The Hannah situation it’s going to go well if Shaun knows about it. He means well and is trying to protect Glassman but it seems to turn out wrong and causes havoc in their lives.
I'm thinking the news he got over the phone weren't good so he's making the best of the time he has left.
I'd say Glassman helping her isn't much different than his original situation with Shaun
If they bring Claire back just to kill her off I swear the writers hate her.

I know right Glassy is so going to get in trouble if he is discovered, but still it’s cool seeing Shaun, Jared, Claire, Morgan and Park together again though. They were the original five residents, too bad Malendez is no longer around then we could have the complete team together again.

This doesn't feel like a penultimate episode. I think they will rush the end and there would be so much untold stories. I like Glassman and Claire plots but we won't have much more about it 😢 We need at least 10 ten more episodes like a regular season

I knew it and I kept saying it over and over!! 🤗On episode 9 and 10, Dr. Claire Browne returns back to the show from Guatemala ❤️. She left the show Season 4 Episode 20 then made a guest star appearances on Season 5 Episode 16 and 17. But I don't think I'm ready to see the last two episodes. Poor Claire 😢. I hope she fights this and beat it and I also hope Dr. Glassman pulls through too. On episode 7, he received a call and it wasn't a good one.

I think he was speaking to Claire's doctor. If she's still in Guatemala they probably don't have the facilities to treat her so Glassman brings her back to be cared for at St. Bon's.

This is terrible, Claire having cancer. I just hope that she doesn’t die, so they can reunite with Malendez. Not only it would be sad but really cheesy, I hope we are not going down that route.

Dr. Danny Perez (Brandon Larracuente) will also be returning back 🤗. He's probably going to give some advice to Hannah. Danny was a recovering opioid addict as well. He left Season 6 finale to heal after getting treated with fentanyl during a medical emergency due to horrific car accident. Hopefully he will be able to get through to her.
Hopefully he and Jordan will finally get things sorted out between them too!!!
But still I can’t wait to see the reunion Claire is going to have with Shaun, Jared and everyone else in this episode. I hope that she would at least go to Morgan and Park’s wedding. I hope we get a happy ending for everyone, if they don’t give one to Asher then at least give it to Claire.
It's the series finale. Will obviously end with Shaun creating some miraculous way to save her life at the last second... they won't pull another Melendez situation when there is no more story to tell and they already killed off a main character and did the grief story this season.
It's not the cancer, it's whatever caused her to collapse that we have to worry about. Either an infection or something that she picked up in Guatemala is my guess.
Claire and Lea were always my choices for Shaun ... I think deep down Claire might even had a crush on Shaun ...

In a spoofy world, Claire sees him stuck in the hell that is La Brea (where the actor moved on to. So painful to see Nick Gonzalez go from being on TGD to that awful, awful show).

Well, it's not a matter of being nosy. They live next door. It would have surprised me if Glassman could keep Hannah a secret from Shaun and Lea. I'm actually glad Shaun is involved in Glassman's life again. They kept those two away from each other the whole season, and I hated it.
Lea found her in this episode and realized that she obviously wasn't Glassman's niece. However, the conflict is quickly resolved this time because Lea and Claire got Shaun to see things from Glassman's perspective.
I did see the synopsis for the finale (not giving it away). I now feel more confident that we will see a time jump in the finale. How big is still to be determined, but I feel it has to be big enough to age Steve into a young adult and "The New Good Doctor."

And the reason for only 10 episodes in S7 is because of both the writers and actors strikes last year that went all the way into November before being settled. Those strikes reduced the episode count. At least TGD is ending on its own terms, unlike NCIS: HAWAII, which ended on a cliffhanger.
