The 2 bedroom looks nice to me and the standard features are good (Toto toilets are amazing) comparing it to prices of condos in HK, Japan or Singapore its not too bad. Just the land ownership thing i find confusing. I assume parking spot is included? and what are the monthly fees like?
Thai law allows foreigners to completely own condo(s) under their names, but landed property ownership is restricted only to Thais.
And for the parking lots, each residence will be allocated assigned parking lot(s) depending on unit type.
The monthly fee costs 150 baht per sq.m. per month, usually paid 1-year upfront.

I really would like the 3 br unit. What is financing like in Thailand if all my income is US based, but I get a Thai Elite Visa? How would that work?

When a foreigner buying a property in Thailand, all the funds must be remitted from overseas, whether you have a Thai Elite visa or not. Should you need to get a mortgage, there are some international banks that lend to foreigners such as UOB.

Since I do not plan to live in it for half of the year or so. Not looking to profit, I just wish to tackle some of my loses. Although my cheaper appartment in Manila already runs at a profit for me so I just lease it full time now (My Chinese tenant subleases to her roomate friends at a profit too, too bad Corona Virus happened, everyone seemed to be making a lot of money in Manila).

WOW..with a place this size the maid has to clean, cook, etc.. but her sleeping quarters very small lol..smh. You would think to either give her bigger better sleeping area or give her an apartment. Seems slavery still exist there
After you travel to Thailand and see this Condo you will have to laugh. This presentation has a LOT of Lies in it. For example there is a 35 story building sitting right next to this Condo. But that huge old 35 story building (and how it blocks the southern view) was never mentioned or shown. Also I am surprised they mentioned BOSE equipment. Everyone knows, BOSE stands for Buy Other Stereo Equipment. I guess if your on a tight budget then BOSE will have to do. That 3 bedroom condo was originally selling for 88 million BHT (also not mentioned in the presentation).
BOSE are excellent. There maybe a few better but BOSE are still good quality.
