Why don’t you just use the numb pad on your Perspective keyboard to enter the radio frequencies? Wouldn’t that be a lot easier and faster than messing with those G1000 dials?
What kind of videocard and CPU specs do you have? And what about the pop-out panel performance with RSG G1000? I suffer greatly when using the popout panels on G1000 displays.
I had an older home built PC with 1080 card and was having issues with G1000s freezing. Was an issue with not enough power thru USBs. Used external power usb hubs which helped. Recently upgraded to Alienware with i9, 128GB and 3090 card. All works great
Just as a comparison I built a dual loop hard tube pc. I'm running a i9-9900k overclocked to 5.2 all cores. Video is an EVGA 3090 ultra. 128GB ram. All copper water blocks. I am also using the USB to HDMI for my RSG units to keep my display ports free on my card because current I have 3 monitors hooked up to the card. I'm not having any issue
Why don’t you use Vatsim for your ATC? PilotEdge if you fly in the western section of the U.S.

Currently the keypad doesn’t work with MSFS2020. Hoping RSG gets it working soon.
Is that expanding green loop shown on ForeFlight showing you where you can go if you have an engine out emergency during takeoff?

does the GCU work with FS2020?
Partially, the knobs and top buttons work but the keyboard doesn’t yet.
You remap the keyboard as a second keyboard and it works for me
