Detecting Anomalies During Cargo Inspections - Narcotics (Fentanyl) | CBP

U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) Office of Field of Operations (OFO) inspects international cargo containers that arrived at the Port of Philadelphia. Officers use Non-Intrusive Inspection (NII) methods to scan for anomalies. If an anomaly or inconsistency is detected, officers will then open the cargo containers for further inspections.
