Hey, The video is really motivational no doubt in that however if anyone who's planning to do HM or in HM right now dude buckle up! This industry is tough as hell. 15 hour shift is normal, you'll get 4 offs a month. As a fresher don't expect much salary 13k is the average for associate leval. Even if you crack MT programme things will be samne it's just you'll get around 25-30k salary + growth but seriously It takes a lot of sacrifice to work in industry specially in India. Labour laws are not followed you'll get no overtime. Only the non-core departments like HR and Sales and Marketing are decent. Please do think about making this career decision. I have realised this after working as a MT in a MNC Hotel brand. Be ready to sacrifice everything if you want to work in the industry
