Thanks so much for posting an update video on your drive units. It's nice to see how clean the oil was coming out of them. I am pumping the oil out of mine at 60 hours and then every 100 hours after that. I am a little nervous about putting a drain plug in. The machine is still under warranty. I wish I could get all the oil out by pumping it but I think this will still help, any thoughts?
I enjoyed your video showing how you replaced the oil in the transaxle, but greasing the spindles really does no good. The two bearings in each of the spindles are sealed so pumping grease in there is not going to get any into the bearings. All that does is fill the cavity full of grease. It's quite easy to disassamble the spindle and either replace the bearings or pop the seals out and grease them. There are quite a few UA-cam videos showing how to grease sealed bearings.
Great job buddy! Nice upgrades on the drive units! 👍👍👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸🙏🙏🙏🙏
Thanks bud. Thanks for watching
I welded 3/8 rebar around my mover deck edge (had to shape )
Not a bad idea as I've smoked the deck a few times clipping little stumps and such in the yard.
Is there a video of what you did when drilling the holes in the Transaxle?
Here you go... ua-cam.com/video/ncWEwEkYCpw/v-deo.html

@Ricky-eo5ym if its under warranty, I'd continue doing what you are doing for sure. Mine is an oldie that was headed to the scrap heap.
What is the length of the deck belt? I can't seem to find the correct size.
What deck size? There are several sizes for the ZT7000

Hmm.. I've not had them apart so I was not aware that they are sealed. Seems like a waste to put a grease zerk on them.
