Google says the phrase means that when you're treated with kindness, you do something kind for another person. Helping someone with a loan counts in my opinion.
@@VladmirPoopN Okay. However, is it "kind" to loan money to a person and end up having to sue them in court to get it back? Where's the kindness in that? Kindness would be forgiving the loan or not expecting repayment. That's my perspective.
@ I don’t doubt the significance. But to base decisions on giving money to someone because of 9/11 seems a bit odd. When he mentioned it, it came out the blue. “I was in 9/11 so I loan people money”?
@@Justcory1 that's just it, a life changing experience can alter your perspective on things and also affect mental health. So irrational behaviour is somewhat to be expected.
If you loan someone money and they don't pay you back, don't load them more money. The plaintiff is very gullible and the defendant has a TON of growing up to do.
I love JM so much bc she is sensitive to ppl situations. She usually call ppl stupid when they say they're a good person. She handled this plaintiff delicately and didnt say that. Fair judgement.
Why when either of the parties are winning in court , they raise their hands while the judge is working and helping their case-🙄 so annoying! Like put ya damn hand damn, you're winning let the judge do her job.
I suspect the plaintiff has some sort of intellectual disability, and because of that I feel for him being in this situation. The defendant is an unscrupulous jerk who is just taking advantage in perverse ways!
Biggest loser on People's Court ever! The defendant is so slimey. He thinks he's cute and life owes him. I wonder if he is still alive? The Plaintiff is a good person.
I mean the defendant ain’t ish…. But I dont think the plaintiff understands what it means to pay something forward when you do something nice for someone you ask them to do something nice for somebody else you’re not supposed to expect something in return from that person or at least that’s what I thought It meant
judge is wrong. they give you points for SAFE driving in florida. not hard to get points. all they care about is speeding tickets. speeding IS safe driving!!!
The old adage always seems to ring true, "no good deed goes unpunished".
18 points on his license in 3 months?? While knowing he had a child to support? This guy needs to grow up, FAST.
The defendant really over plucked his eyebrows!
The eye rolling tells it all.
He's a twit. 😂
He's going to be a deadbeat dad for sure
Already is if he’s “giving money to his baby momma” but not willingly signing up for child support.
a real loser.
When you pay it forward, you don't expect anything in return - he missed the entire idea of that movie.
It's a figure of speech, not just a movie 😂
@@Aura983 True, but if you "pay it forward", that means you are giving to someone else besides the one who gave it to you. get it?

What a complete jerk!!
Pay if forward doesn't mean a loan. Defendant should pay it back, but plaintiff needs to do good, not by giving out loans, but actual charity work.
Paying it forward means to help someone out... I think a loan counts.
The defendant is loser, in every way.... dead beat dad, breaks the law and mooches off others. The plaintiff is so foolish.
none of that is true.
Absolutely!

Is this the Defendant?
I feel like that guy tells everyone he was in ground zero during 9/11
He most definitely does lol
It is a life-changing experience, I think most people who survived it speak of it regularly. He's allowed.

@justcory1. If this man was honestly there on 9-11, it was a horrible and life-changing experience.
Who are you to make fun of him?

Red shirt is a coward of a man. I hope all of his peeps sees this and never lends him money.

I've seen the kind of guys who pay the ladies of the night. Enough said. 🤣

"Like technically, like sensewise", I think the defendant is stupid.
They both are
The plaintiff is gay. That’s why he kept giving him money.
They both are.
Ungrateful BUM!
Right? The guy even gave him a ride to go see a prostitute...
I'm not sure the plaintiff is going to learn anything from this tho
Plaintiff had a crush on the defendant and the defendant knew that and used him
