I LAUNCHED 1,000 FEET IN THE AIR?! (Skater XL)

I glitched the game and launched myself 1,000 feet in the air in Skater XL! I seriously love goofing around in this game, so cool how close it is to actual skateboarding. Hope you guys like this video! Thanks for watching, subscribe for more videos and click the bell to never miss an upload!

Sam! I highly recommend that you complete the grinds, lines and especially the board control challenges in both the mega ramp and the L.A. courthouse! It will teach you some really cool stuff! like how do you pop over a rail, how do you 'drop in' after a grind/stall, pop a trick straight up during a grind etc... - you can control all that using the triggers and / or pressing the analogs!. exemple : if you are grinding and you press both triggers at the same time, just a tap, BEFORE you pop out, the next pop trick will be straight up and will land on the same rail! - nice to do some combos! if you tap the left trigger, when you pop you will be launched to the left side of the rail etc! . You can do the same but pressing the left/right analogs and it will drop in to the chosen side - really usefull to do some grinds/stalls on mini-ramps and/or transfers! Its really cool , it's like an indication ; you get into a grind, tap the trigger in which way you want to pop out and the game will 'remember that' when you pop out of the rail.
PS : the grabs, powerslide and manual challenges also have some cool stuff, like I didn't know that you can do mute/stailfish grab or a manual - blunt powerslide to switch manual
the game has SO MANY little details that if you master it, you can do literally everything super smooth!

Though it could be your controller making you pop early instead of bending down, it most likely isn’t. I thought I had the same problem but learned that this game is very specific about how you bend down (You have to pull the stick down almost completely straight or it thinks you’re trying to very lightly shuvit).

I have this "quick cop" problem too. But it's not a problem. I had this problem because when I wanna ollie, I don't put my sticks straight down 100%, sometimes, it's a bit on the left, or on the right. Even if it's a lil bit, the game needs precision. the reason that it is popping before you let go is because it thinks you are trying to do a shut, so it starts to scoop early
