Just last year 2023 did I get to hear OMAM and fell in love with them. It touches my soul when I hear their songs. Thank you for sharing your inspirations and stories in such a wonderful way.
Nanna's voice hits you right in the chest, and those B flat instruments like bittersweet chocolate.
I found this band (who look GREAT in black) when I was looking for a different love song. I searched for 'Love, love, love', and found the most WONDERFUL SONG and band!! I've listened to them every day since. Since UA-cam has them classified as "Bubble Pop", I lost ten years of listening to them.

I found this band just two months ago I'm a previous addict I'm nearly off my meds now in 1 month I'll have broke these invisible shackles, , I was struggling, I lost 4 family members the last two years and my best friend hung himself it's been hard ,,I cant help but cry writing this ,,but listening to this band has helped me so much ,,its beautiful and I truly thank you from the bottom of this broken heart ,,,,its healing

I was fortunate to have heard of these beautiful people as you can gather from their music and interactions with the crowd. My partner went to Iceland and brought me back their first cd that I was able to enjoy and love before Melbourne Australia had them AirPlayed. I was so excited that they’re reach us and the toured here in Melbourne. Which I had fortunately got to see in a hotel… the corner hotel…. So amazing. I had been going through stuff but when they came on and I had seen the fairy lights I cried feeling a emotion on love and healing me. Thank you so much for that experience and the beautiful words music you sing.❤️

The vocals are lovely, but what sets of monster and men apart for me is all the base players, specially the drummer and whoever does the sound engineering for them.
Every Of Monsters and Men song is a Gem! Unreal.
When the camera pulls back and provides the scene with the portrait of the risen Christ in the backdrop, this becomes even more of a spiritual experience. One of the best examples of how the horn section was so integral a part of their sound at that time. Thanks for uploading!

Love of Monsters and Men -Fairplay for the post mate, this is my introduction to this band and do I even have to say it? But they are excellent, unique, origanal, and extremely talented as the group they are. They obviously write and play their own music which is a rarity theses days. Im from the west of Ireland and i must say i shall be pushing anyone I know into their music about this band. I used to be a Vinyl Dj here in Ireland and England n man I loved GusGus since 1993 n wud always try n play at least 1 GusGus record into my set, my kids used to sit around me when i used to practise at home n they wud always ask me to play GusGus, I shall now tell them about Monsters and men. What is it wit Iceland n their music style? Its so unique, wit sigor Ros, Bork just to name a few. It must be a thing with being the most westerly country in Europe n surrounded by water? And all the Strong men of course. Its all unique y'all and i will keep on listening n promoting. So thanks Iceland for ur music and ye'r entertaining strong men. Tiz all good yo.. keep it up ye'r doing a fantastic job 🆒😉🎹🎶💪

It does seem that the Love Love Love song is about Raggi, he disappears almost every time she sings it. If it's not, it must drive him nuts that people think it is. And it wouldn't be hard to Love Love Love Nanna, she is gorgeous.
astev52 I don’t think it’s about him specifically. Often when they write songs together they draw in their own different experiences and they may all be talking about their own past people in their lives .

I think that Love Love Love was actually written before Of Monsters and Men was formed. Nanna had a previous band called Songbird and I remember reading something about the song being from Songbird, Of Monsters and Men just decided to pick it back up. You could probably find a couple of her Songbird songs on UA-cam somewhere.
