    Alternate Title: Blood-Stained Sketch Map
This film is unique in that it has been screened in South Korea twice. The first time came during the Jeonju International Film Festival from the 28. April - 6. May of 2005. It was screened along with fellow DPRK Films "Welcome to Pyongyang Animal Park" and "Spirit of Celadon". The film was screened a second time on 1. July 2005, in front of the Seoul City Hall in preparation for the Daejong Film Festival.
    Description:
In Part 2, we learn the fate of the other two sons. The eldest was found in the stream, and became a General in the Korean Army. The middle son was killed by the son of one of the original Japanese invaders of the island, who now poses as a monk.
    SPOILERS BELOW
The Middle Son saves the youngest son from execution using his rank, and is promptly killed by his leader, who is under pressure from the Japanese. The leader is then poisoned by the disguised Jap anyway. The youngest son meets with the disguised Jap, and goes to gather the golden Buddha in order to bring it to a museum. The Jap takes it and nearly drops the youngest son down a cliff, but he is saved by the noble daughter from earlier in the movie. He kills the disguised Jap, and witnessed the daughter die with total respect for his culture. The movie ends with the youngest son having an epic battle with more Japanese raiders who came to take the Buddha from him, and an assertion by the filmmakers that the island would never be taken by the Japanese, even today.

I think this movie has really beautiful scenery, good music, and a good story for an adventure film. I think it would be better if the relationship between the correct political impulse behind the film, to oppose Japanese aggression and militarism, and promote Korea unity and patriotism, were treated in a more historically nuanced manner when integrating it into the plot. I also think the female character should have been further developed and allowed a more positive outcome.
