Overall nice vibes but also many questonable design choices - 1. The common toilet mirror frame so thick not aesthetic and not functional 2. The open shelves at the living room specially comissioned? I thought from ikea lol 3. The plant at the end of the corridor is a nice idea, looks nice from far but up close looks dead and dreary, also bad fs lol 4. Having the bed lean against the windows? Why? Hard to clean the window, plus bad fs also lol theres plenty of space to lean against the wall and can maybe fit a king bed some more haha
If you live so far away , jus spend the money saved and get a nice car ? go JB also good ....everyday seaview fanstastic lah ...house so big ....better than pay a million in bishan lah
Im a fellow waterway resident in cascadia, some distance from northshore. Feel proud to see Punggol consists mainly of young professionals, willing to drop large sum of money into renovations or see many of my estate neighbour sell their units for insane profits. The incoming digital district of a whopping 28000 tech job, plus a few luxury amenities like the world class library, swimming pool, cinema mall, al fresco punggol container, country club, golf course against the backdrop of natural landscape is shaping punggol into some sort of self-sufficient elite neighbourhood. The only downside is there are still alot of blue collar foreign worker in certain segment of punggol, be it malaysian F&B, retail worker or bangla construction worker crawling around in punggol, particularly in waterway and northshore trail which i believe many singaporean may not be comfortable with…unless punggol is free from housing construction which may take another 15 years

May I suggest you always mention the square footage in the description thank you
very nice layout for the space given. Large counter space for the kitchen as well!
Great work with the walkthrough.

if that HM Enames is real, its probably 1/5 of the reno cost (if included furnitures in reno)
Anyone know where sell that pendant light ?

Mid Century chairs.
northshore cove?
A newscaster's voice
Thank you for watching 😊
nice but look messy on the shelving area
Thanks for sharing!
Who is the designer for this???
Craftsmen studio
The sofa, TV and TV console size ratio doesnt match. It will be nicer with a larger console.
These is nothing "Japan" about this house. Japanese houses are small and packed with appliances. Little breathing space.

1:37 specially commissioned = ikea
… not that there’s anything wrong with that
That's not Ikea. That's a Vitsoe 606 shelving unit designed by Dieter Rams.
did she say "bomb shelter"??????
yes dear, she did said that.
