Fafnir has not been given enough love from Pro Series and it's finally changed with this Mirage Fafnir release! Probably not the most iconic evolution when you think about stealing spin, but this was the season Free made his big comeback, and seeing Fafnir in action again was sick. The Nothing Break scenes in Beyblade Burst Surge/Sparking were so memorable and you can definitely reproduce it in real life with the Nothing Driver from this Bey. Have you been able to get your hands on the newer waves of Pro Series?

@Bey_Dreamer nah, that was zankye's "god complex" phase is why. Dude really thinks world bends around him lol. If you looked at the community itself outside of him, it's easily agreeable for peak playerbase. Dual was good, God was great and can be somewhere 2nd high because drain fafnir was the thing that brought mfb fans into burst. Chozetsu was a weird angst phase but the beys were good. Gt... yeah nobody liked it. Db is arguably as amazing as Sparking but only in the physical aspect and then it ran downhill with bu into quad-drive.
@@cubspopply5445 Yeah he’s been very pessimistic w/Burst & I’ve noticed, he tends to inaccurately rate most of Burst but I thought it was just me who noticed.. Imo Cho Z was the perfect counter for God beys 🔥 & GT was the perfect counter for Super King but I also feel like GT was rushed. Didn’t last long enough & was a bit too soon. They could’ve kept the beys at the “God/Cho Z” size & continued to innovate the gimmicks VS making the beys bigger & heavier each Evolution. The meta was perfect right around that time period (God/Cho Z)
@Bey_Dreamer pre gt was such a simpler time, before chozetsu anyways. ChoZ beys were always going to be a perfect counter to God beys, granted, only a few God beys would match up to cho-Z. I felt that gt isn't anywhere of a precise counter to sk tho, cuz the sk lineup is a bit more brutal even for comp scene since the most you could scrounge from gt was master on drift, Imperial on xt+, knockout on xtreme', and somehow lord. I'd agree tho, that if they stuck to the size they could've done more. Since that's how it has been done for the past two sagas, just thickened up down the line.

Drain Fafnir geist Fafnir and vanish Fafnir is good at spin stealing while wizard fafnir and mirage fafnir is good at attack power
