Hiya Duck in today’s video I’m going to show you how to create a concrete look nail design keep watching!
I’ll start with the base coat and give this a super thin layer of that and then we can give this a cure, and then I will give this a full cover of Kurt, I'll cure that and give it a second coat and cure that, now ill decant some Greige on to my pallet and ill take my Lily Liner brush and ill draw in some blocky shapes and fill them in and that can go in the lamp, now ill use Bella in matte so add that speckled black particles and that can go in for a cure, now ill add some foil to this nail and I’m using Tinsel from Lecente ill take my Cuticle scissors and cut off a piece of that then ill take my Gloss topcoat and add a few blobs of that to the nail then ill place my foil over the wet topcoat and ill place that into the lamp for a cure, now remove the foil and t’dah! we have foil now I'll take my messy Nessy brush and use that to paint the glossy topcoat over the foil to really make those minerals shine and then I'll give that a second coat swell to make the foil appear domed, I can repeat this until I'm happy with the results then ill give the nail a full cure and that's it! My brother is a big Warhammer fan too! I spent over 30 hours painting a sea giant for him. I have also used galaxy nail art techniques to paint a wizard's coat for him. You should try it! Omgosh, add bling!

my boyfriend is soooo into warhammer, and he pulled me into the hobby! i can't wait to paint some figurines for myself, using nail art techniques, but most of all using some multichromes and flakes and bling to "yassify" them 😅 would be so cool to do it while watching you paint too!!

I keep my foils rolled up and I keep some loose bobby pins on them ( not the one with the bumps ) straight ones . They hold on pretty good. So I pull out just what I need and back it goes.

So the foil sticks to the glossy top coat because under it was matte? Am I understanding that right? I learn something new every time I watch this channel! I thought you had to have transfer foil. I'm learning ha ha

Yes got the black specs that looks like little pebbles in the concrete
If the container is big enough, use a hair grip at one end and simply roll it. Easy to find the end and no creases but easy to get back in the pot as it has some structure in the centre

8:25 Omg, I love your nails and I wish I could have you do my nails, but im an ITU nurse so literally can't have anything on my nails...I was just wondering because I've been on maternity leave... how can you tell that your nails have lifted? My nail tech has been using builder gel, but im not sure she has been renewing my nails as you seem to suggest it should be... but maybe im wrong and shes doing just fine... im not sure... if you look at my nails from the palm side there seems to be some discolouration through the nail on some of my fingers that seem to be white coloured as though no product was wayward attached
And I've also been suffering a lot with lifting

Hi Ryan's mam Sam commenting.... love this effect i got a tip from @glamify_babe on UA-cam about foil when you apply the foil gel to the nail after it comes out of the lamp let it cool down like for at least 5 minutes even more and them apply the foil it has been working absolutely amazing for me foils are my new thing 😊😂❤ but i might give this method a go to 😊😊
