      This is a newer product and literally the design and ease got worked out to a point that I was comfortable with just recently. You can still put your home in a trust after Close. You just have to put together to trust contact title company likely there will be notary fee. Or it’s something you can do when you refinance as well.

    How does putting my property into a trust impact me when I protest my property taxes? I remember looking into this a year ago but I ran into obstacles because I plan to protest my taxes every year. I was also told that I would have to dissolve the trust and create another one when I refinance????

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  27 днів тому

      The trust would only be an issue with a refinance if you did a nonrevocable. The trust that getdynasty offers is totally fine with mortgages. We had it vetted. The property taxes sound super weird. Are you sure you weren’t looking at putting it in an LLC or a corporation both of those could be issues with refinancing and arguing property taxes. That would make more sense.

    Is this a digital platform? Do they have a team of experts in real estate, finance, and attorneys for advice? I want this when I close on my house! Can a will, healthcare POA, and living will be included with additional assets included? Is there an initial fee+ $100 annual fee?

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  28 днів тому

      It is best to do before you close on your house because then the lender can put the house in the trust at closing. Otherwise during a refinances easy as well. You could do it afterwards with the title company, but that’s a little bit more complicated. Yes they have a team of experts. Definitely go on their website and dig

    I am in the final stages of closing with the builder's lender. Can the Trust be set up by them or do i need to contact this company to do it? Do not want to delay closing though.

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  25 днів тому

      Lenders do not set up trusts so you would need an attorney or feel free to check out getdynasty

    Can you put a home purchased with va loan in a trust?

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  27 днів тому +1

      Yes, as long as the trust is in the veteran or the veteran spouses name it’s totally fine. It needs to be a revocable living trust which is what these are.

    Forget charities, give it to a young couple who is working doing the right thing and struggling. Stop giving your Homes to Charities who have CEO's CFO's COO's etc. They only create unnecessary jobs and even ghost jobs were no one actually shows up and gets paid. They do this for there family and friends and give 2% of your home to the charity while they keep the rest for themselves with high Salaries.
    I'm sorry but Lots of Charities are Crooks. Real hard working people need real opportunities especially a paid home if you have no one to give it to.

    • @JenniferBeeston
      @JenniferBeeston  27 днів тому

      Hey, this comment makes 0.0 sense on this video. We don’t give homes to anyone CEO or otherwise.

    • @ELEVOPR
      @ELEVOPR 27 днів тому

      @@JenniferBeeston I worked for FedEx for many years, We employees gave to charities, later found out how much their way was going on, then looking into other charities found out most operated somewhat the same, giving a tiny porting for the funds to the charity while executives and others kept most of the funds or somehow mismanaged the funds. I didn't say specifically about your charity.
      None the less, so many young struggling families, who would be a better choice to receive a home from someone who has no one to give it before a charity.
      Sorry for the misunderstanding. 😞
