Is there a difference between SBAR handover when you’re handing over to the doctor/escalating concern and the handover you give at the end of the shift to the day shift nurse or night shift nurse? I really don't like the way she said this is straight up difficult. Saying that psychologically discourages others but as a nurse I expect her to encourage others and know the power of her words. She could have said some people may say it is difficult but we should not think that way since with practice it becomes easy.
