I also have an extensive collection that I rotate in and out of. I was very lucky that the PanAm edition was my first TRC notebook. And I only bought it because I've been obsessed with PanAm for as long as I can remember. It's the pride and joy of my collection. I want to get the Starbucks Reserve edition, but my dream is to get it at the Reserve Roastery in Nakameguro, right after visiting the Traveler's Company flagship store which is just down the street. So that's a bucket list item for me. Your collection is STUNNING!

It's so easy to want to collect little journals because they last so long that my brain justifies it - but many do just sit on a shelf! If you want more, I 100% think you would enjoy and love them, but don't feel pressured to get more if you don't think it'd add more value to your life just because folks like me are hoarders! :-D
Woohoo! I had to grab one of the chocolate snack bars you sent me to enjoy with this video 😃 I only have 4 TNs at this point 😂 I, like you, have that mini camel TN from the 10th anniversary. Remember there was a postcard in the tin with which you could enter a giveaway? Well, I *won a TN!* It was brown with 10th anniversary gold embossing. I never see it on social media. Gifted it to a friend 😂 Also had the olive, I'm glad you like it 💚 And a blue passport that I've parted with. Now I'm left with two perfect sets: my original black Midori-stamped TNs in standard and passport that are so well used they're starting to grey 😂 And the Moomin camel standard TN paired with the traveler's records passport 😍 I actually grew up loving Moomin, I think it was my first special interest. Me, my mom and my dad went on vacation to Finland and visited the Moominvalley theme park just outside of Turku! I was in heaven, lol. But I didn't get the Little My passport TN because honestly Little My is the one character from Moomin that always annoyed the heck out of me 😅 whereas I had a childhood crush on Snufkin! I also love music, so it makes sense that my two limited edition TNs are meaningful to me as a person, and I love that they're both camel, both embossed as opposed to gilded, gosh, it's perfect and I feel close to zero desire for any more TNs 😍 (well maybe if I could get Baum-Kuchen Truly Yours black TNs I'd do that 😇)
I LOVE that you actually even went to the theme park as a kid!! That is AMAZING. I also think ot’s incredible luck that you won a TN from the tin- you’re such a good luck charm naturally!! Talk about Lucky Dude trends
Another Autistic here whose special interest for years has revolved around planners, journals, notebooks, etc. love your stash - finally got my first regular TN and now I’m thinking I need a passport for something or other! Thanks for sharing your special interest and feeding mine 😅
I currently have three gorgeous Archer and Olive journals that are waiting to be used…but I, too, appreciate just having them 😅. I’m currently trying to validate a passport TN by thinking how I’d use it regularly - I love yours, and appreciate your subtle enabling 😂❤
@@happyfamily1298 archer and olives just feel so satisfying to hold in the hand, and passport size is that way too! I use one as a password book rn, and the other i keep in my purse for quick jot notes like groceries so that I can have an “ugly” notebook where I can write fast and smear
Love that idea for a purse notebook, esp for groceries. Hmm…maybe another insert for our family’s pharmacy RX numbers, dates to call in refills, etc. now you have me thinking! So happy the algorithm sent you to me and looking forward to bingeing your content 😊

Inside of us is two wolves… 😂 I can confidently say that since this video, what I do is keep 2 standard size TNS (one work one personal), and 2 passport TN (one password book, and one quick jot book i keep on me). I change out covers when I start feelin stale to keep it interesting, and honestly i like the system! Some stuff hasnt been used in months, but it’s whatever because it allows me the option of swapping later on
my weekness are fountain pens and notebooks … the hardcover ones with paper from 120mg to 160 mg … just recently discovered the module version X17 which I use for office matters one book each for To Dos and Project, as well as meeting notes and such … I have a passport size traveller (copy) for my daily carry and diary, as well as taking private to do lists and planning, as well as jutting notes or quotes which I stumble upon …
As soon as I get a new phone I want to film this video. Funny we have very similar thoughts. I’m the same I don’t have to collect every one and it was easy to pass up the moomin and Prada ones. The only one I’m sad about missing out on was the TSL collab. I have more passport notebooks than you just because I’ve been finding them easier to use as a mom. My sons stuff takes over my purse so I can barely fit the passport in there lol
I thought “oh, i am not too fond of the design of this collab, i can skip!” regarding the TSL, and now I regret it LOL! Ultimately I cant feel too bad considering it was one many /really/ wanted and couldnt get, but man Im kicking myself now! Im starting to get into the passport size love now that I carry a smaller handbag! Im not a mom, but I AM a hoarder when it comes to carrying everything on my person, so I can absolutely see the utility in a smaller daily carry notebook for jots :)
