- Sibling Visitor Visa approval in 2 weeks in spite of 1 rejection
Even our parent's visitor visas were approved in 1 week and after that video, we were constantly getting messages for siblings' visas, and that their visas are rejected often. Even my brother's visa had got rejected earlier, but we filed for the second time and corrected a few mistakes and he got approval in just 2 weeks.

it depends what you mention while applying that who is sponsoring the trip, if it is self sponsored then funds should be in account of person coming to canada, if the invitor is sponsoring then they have to upload their bank statement.

Hi, I have applied for my brother visitor visa on occasion of my nephew birthday who hasn’t visited for india and also want him to guide my parents in journey. But unfortunately his visa got rejected. Reason stated was not satisfied you will leave Canada. He is working professional and have submitted his leave of absence and travel itenary. I understand your happiness, I tried 2 times once on my own in 2021 and second time using "Cohen immigration" both times i got refused. I don't think my documentation was bad, I would say its just that i got a crazy or worked up officer who did not look thro the application fully. We would suggest apply together & for Siblings SOP mention the reason as it will be ease for parents to travel so wanna apply for his/her visa,.. make a good & strong SOP

it takes around 20-25 days if applying from india, u can check the time in ur country, funds depends on the duration of stay in canada

My brother got his visitor visa rejected yesterday. I’m worried about applying again. The reason for the rejection is lack of funds( he showed more than sufficient) and I lack of ties( his wife is in India). I really want to try again as the reason of rejection is baseless. Could you please guide what portal to use ircc or gc key and shall I re apply immediately. He has no travel history and will only be here to accompany my mum as she cannot travel alone.

I and my brother came to Toronto, Canada on Study permit recently in January 2023 intake.Actually we want to invite our parents and siblings to Canada on a visitor visa.But there is a problem, actually our whole family have applied for the Visitor Visa in July-2022 and after 3 months in September we got to know our visa got rejected while I and brother were applying for Study Visa but luckily we got our Study Permits, So we came to Canada. Previously when we applied for Visitor visa we were invited by our aunt here in Canada for House-warming ceremony and now we are confused for what to do? You can apply for visitor visa, attach SOP & invitation letter as discussed in the video✌🏻

Im a canadian citizen and want my sister who is in india to come visit me. We applied through yaxis two times and it got rejected. My sister has three children.we applied for all of them with sufficient funds . We submitted the invitation letter and cover letter seperately.is the SOP SAME AS Cover letter or it is different?
They stated two reasons for rejection. One is that she has significant ties in canada. Second the purpose of visit is not consistent with the temporary stay given the details we have provided.

SOP is somewhat like a cover letter but a lil more in detail stating reasons on why you wanna visit, what are the things that will bring you back home.,. You need to show strong home ties & even try to document that… so yeah this will be it
