Imho really depends on what you’re studying (source : I’m a university student in Germany). For most degrees it’s not really important where you’re studying but what grades you have.

I just got accepted at LMU (education: psychology & English) and Humboldt Uni (education: English and Philosophy) and I don’t know which one to choose :/ I live in Potsdam so I could see my family very often if I choose Humboldt Uni, but at LMU I can study psychology right away and don’t have to study psychology afterwards (extra-occupational) … sigh

It's #3 in almost all Lists. Not sure why its 4th here but maybe it's a personal opinion.

I got 74.83% in my 10th from up board...and 76.something % in my 12th from up board...also i got 8.5cgpa in my first semester...and 5.6in my 2nd...but i'm studying really hard to cover up my 5.6 cgpa in rest of the semeters...
