I really like that the guide frames are Stainless steel since I fish salt water. The guides are aluminum oxide. Very fast action that's great for top water lures.

Wanted to pick up a budget rod and grabbed one of these. Price was cheaper even though the quality seems better compared to the Walmart Lew’s xfinity rods which are IM7 blanks. Plus I like the color scheme better than the white/bright green xfinity.

This rod is definitely better than the xfinity, this IM 8 blank is more sensitive, I have both and both are good.

I broke the tip off the first day was not happy. I got it for trout but to stiff for me on the streem fishing. But great stuff for lake trout. The pole says it's medium light and it's not it's a medium rod on the back bone bends. But for bass perfect last year was my first Lew's classic then the Xfinity''s for the price I can give it to the kids to use and tech theme how to fish. I want one of theses one's for my grandson first pole of his own.

Lol, that is called a pack of geese flying by making as much noise as possible. I’m fishing in MO, in the rivers here we have mainly smallmouth bass.
