- We take on what is arguably the UK’s toughest swim run route, Frog Graham Round. An epic course with 4630m of elevation over 65k of rough terrain with four very cold swims. Throw navigation and bad weather into the mix and this becomes a monumental challenge!

My heart just ached for you guys at the end when they filmed Heather and James walking down those stairs after this insane day and challenge! I just finished my first 70.3 this weekend and my quads were so shattered I was duck walking up and down stairs at Half your speed that day... I can't imagine how your legs must have felt after 10 hours more of effort!!!
Mark you were an amazing team leader congrats and Heather and James, you guys have the most amazing Athlete's mindset to have transcended the physical pain of the challenge and pushed on to finish!

Although something like this is beyond my capabilties, this was very inspiring to see. I’m very impressed by all three of you, although it was special to see Mark at the finish line looking no more exhausted than after a park run - if that. Anyway. If you ask me I’d like to see more content like this.

Given the conditions THAT’S really your biggest achievement; in warm sunshine that would still have been a monster 65k, but not half of what you endured.

The weather reminded me of a school trip we did up skiddaw years ago. It was utterly miserable then too. I remember a teacher carrying someone as he was suffering from cramp.
Amazing 👏 I'm telling you, this crew must be made of iron on the inside. Yes, this is INSPIRING. Thank you all, especially the presenters. I'm sure you can't tell how hard it was just by watching but this was beautifully scripted, presented and edited, and the emotions are all there. Special cheers to Heather, we can tell there was heaps of mind over matter on this one. I'd love to watch a shorter video where Mark, Heather and James each go over the mental states they go through in a 17+hour challenge (!), feel a bit broken, and still deliver.
