We lived on the west coast for over 20 years and have been to Oogie Boogie Bash every year since they started. We love it. We moved to Florida this year to be closer to Disney World. And me and my kids agree that Oogie Boogie is better. You didn’t even mention the Villains Grove! This to me is the highlight of the whole party. It is so cool

Lol I panicked. I beheaded Minnie!! I have discovered that there is a reason it comes off, but I didn't know!!! Hehe but yes, Lotso is definitely a villain. Even if he smells yummy and looks cuddly lol. I hope you get a chance to visit!!

MNSSHP is a Halloween event that feels like a classic after hours event at a Disney park. OBB feels like a neighborhood costume block party. So I think they’re apples and oranges. But for me, OBB is the clear winner. My preference is for the vibes which Disneyland is so good at.
That's a cool way to look at it!! They are both fun, but they are very different! I appreciate that Disney is always trying new, fun things. I am always excited to see what they come up with next :)
The bags and merch at both parties are so cool. I love that the merch here on this vlog matches your shirts so closely…your shirts are just so cool!! Wow… people go all out in the costumes!! The magic band extras are so fun too! Hope they keep adding those extras at all the parks for these new bands. Love it all so much!! Hope to go to one of these fun parties one day and use your great tips!🎃

I loved all the Villains! This party is my jam! I wanted all the merchandise, especially the sipper and the poison apple and the Maleficent topper! I guess EBay will get my money! Such great characters there! I love that you got to see so many! I watched someone stream the parade there and I have to be honest I think the MNSSHP parade is much better. Glad you all had fun and that it was nice and comfortable without the humidity like at home.
It was SO nice not being quite so humid! lol And I am glad they have different parties and characters, and each park has their own strengths! But I do agree, our parade is pretty awesome hehe
It kinda sad that the only two new characters are Judge Doom and Yokai. I hope 2024 adds like 3-4. I know Lotso is there but he’s not new cuz he was at villains nite
I totally get it! I do think it's still fun, when characters very rarely come out. But it is super exciting to see a character that has never come out before! There are so many they could choose from - hopefully we see them in the future!!
