If we already install the 24h2 Preview build, could we also get the stable release update in the further?, or do we need to perform re-clean install again in order to install the stable release?
Yeah, make sure you stop getting builds from the Release Preview Channel, and once the update becomes available, the device will continue to get updates.
If there is a possibility that I can't get any automatic updates from windows in the future by performing this method then what is the benefit of switching as opposed to just staying on windows 10?
You're unlikely to loose updates, but the possibility may always be there for obvious reasons. You should stay on Windows 10 as much as you can, and then think about it, once Window 10 retires next year.
You can use the ISO files and mount it to the VM as virtual drive. You don't need to create an unsupported media, because the hypervisor has a virtual TPM you can use.
Nope. It works on unsupported hardware with popcnt. It's a known fact that the popcnt requirement is here to stay, but that should only very very old CPUs, not very old CPUs.
bro I upgraded to window 11 from a another channel video now my laptop face so much problem like I can't extract any files, windows upgrade don't work so what can i don now please answer my question 🙏🏻🙏🏻 Video link ua-cam.com/video/Dx1iMroKQTI/v-deo.htmlsi=JNIBrL0xmz2Co-tQ In thsi video they install windows 11 iso and delete the file that detect is your hardware support windows 11
Hi "Bro" I would personally backup any data, and then perform a clean installation with these steps ua-cam.com/video/sp6w7CZyKvY/v-deo.html if you want version 23H2, make sure to download and use that ISO. Do not do an in-place upgrade. and the restore files from backup.
its going to give lots of popcnt instructions errors if installed on unsupported computers. Have the people who installed it on u unsupported hardware have received popcnt and other errors? Thanks.
Windows 11, especially 24H2, won't work without the SSE4.2 instruction set support that also includes the “POPCNT” (Population Count) instruction. The unsupported methods to install the OS are meant for PCs that are compatible with Windows 10, but they're not compatible with Windows 11. @@Pureinfotech it's possible I follow your instructions on the Video, and I went from 23H2 to 24H2. I even Updated my Desktop to the latest 24H2 Cumulative 2024-09 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 24H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5043080) and 2024-08 Cumulative Update for .NET Framework 3.5 and 4.8.1 for Windows 11, version 24H2 for x64 (KB5042098). Plus I Upgrade my Laptop to 24H2 too, once again thanks a lot for the Video keep up the good work.

When will stable 24H2 be released at the end of September?
Likely as a seeker, more broadly in October. My guess. No official word yet.
Any other way to do it on a clean install from a virtual machine?

3:08 this method fixed? or old build?
All details in the video. Thanks,
This method only works with supported hardware with popcnt, I tried it out and doesn’t work on unsupported PC.

My windows stopped getting new build updates on windows 21H2 and I don't know the reason.

You should, as long as the CPU has the SSE4.2 and POPCNT instructions, the PC has TPM 1.2, and the firmware type is UEFI.

Does windows 11 provide updates in unsupported pc
Yes, but Microsoft isn't obligated to provide them or support them. You are on your own.
