My aunt has Celiac's so this really helps! We went last year and the way the employees handled it was really nice. The cook wiped down the whole grill before making my aunt's food and it was all on separate plates and everything, overall just a really great experience.
I'm not gluten-free but I know a few people that are and this video will really help them out when they plan their next trip to Disneyland! Thank you for sharing your honest reviews and recommendations with us, and thank you for another great video, Emily! :)
omg i forgot you don't eat gluten either (i remember commenting on a video a long time ago where you mentioned it and i was like heyyy someone who understands me lol). thanks for sharing this!! eating during vacation is so stressful for me
This is great info, would you ever be willing to create a follow up video with maybe new offerings you have since found? Looking forward to my trip during Halloween season and it’s my first year churro-less so I am trying to not be too sad 😂
Thanks Emily. I’m celiac and have been avoiding the rice crispy treats because of the malt. I am happy to hear they are using GF rice crispy now. Just a side note that I recently saw that WDW has started using Werthers caramel for the apples instead of their normal caramel. Werthers is NOT GF so be careful with the caramel apples in WDW. Be sure to ask. Makes me sad as they have always been my favorite.
That's such a bummer about WDW! Seems like they expanded their Werther's partnership across the whole resort (and I also don't like that their Confectionery is 'hosted' by Mars)
What an informative video! This list will come in handy on my next visit. Several years ago the GF Jolly Holiday cheese sandwich was made with GF sandwich bread. It seems like a strange change, and the newer sandwich looked unappetizing. Unfortunately I don't think I'll ever make it to WDW, but I'm thankful that DLR handles gluten-free guests better than most other places.
I wish they put allergy/gluten free stuff for snacks online. My son has dairy, beef, and wheat allergies and it would be so much easier than waiting in line to ask everywhere. 😭 Thanks for sharing! ❤️😍
I really enjoyed the Rancho del Zocolo trio of taco (I like spicy stuff though)…they are a decent price for what you get. The salad at Docking Bay 7 is really good.
As a recent gluten free eater, I've been laying awake at night wondering what I am going to eat on my upcoming Disneyland Trip so this was really helpful! Thank you! I appreciate the logistical details the most. (Like order an hour in advance and sides substitutes, etc.) I am also dairy free so if you can add those details in the future it would be awesome! I hope Disneyland watches your video and adds more options to their menus! Go DisneyWorld!
Was that candied apple using marshmallows? Marshmallows are generally made with pork gelatin and we don’t do pork products . Wish they had Kosher items.
I know when we went into Jolly Holiday for the gluten free blueberry muffin previously, they offered to make a gluten free breakfast sandwich for us. It’s weird that the grilled cheese was on the burger bun…it was on bread for us previously.
Devastation!! Galactic Grill has since removed the GF breakfast sandwich, so breakfast options are now bleak.
I laughed at the "Midwestern pansy" line😆

Disney is always so good and careful when it comes to allergy food prep!

Wow! Birria tacos 🌮 at Disneyland CA! This is great

I enjoyed your honest review of how the food really tastes.
And your recommendation as well as pricing!!!!
Thank you!!!!!!❤
Thanks for the video. I had the tacos in DCA and so good but I got the regular kind.

The biggest plus about Disney is that you know you’ll always be able to eat safely!

I do really like that they came with beans and rice!

You know you can bring your own food and drinks into the park? No alcoholic beverages of course

I don't eat gluten free but I'm sure this is helpful for people who do! 😊👍
We are going in November and I just checked the galactic grill menu & they don’t have that breakfast sandwich 😭
Are the refried beans made with lard or vegetable oil?

It would have been a game changer if it was on GF bread, I was also sick of the allergy-friendly buns at that point, lol
@@MagicallyEmily Yes! Disneyland’s GF hamburger buns are really disappointing (the ones in the kid’s meals are even worse, if you can imagine that.)
Anyone know if the fries are from a dedicated fryer?
