Kate! We're so sorry for the late response. We went to Tim Ho Wan - it's a chain but still good, I'm sure there's lots of places in HK too! We stayed at the IHG Golden Mile in Tsim Tsa Tsui, if we were to go back to HK we'd probably pick somewhere in the central district though.
