I find a Turmeric Supplement really helps me with my hands. I worked in dentistry for years and have arthritis in my hands now. The Turmeric really helps a lot. Hope it helps you too! Thank you for your videos!!
Fish oil is really good for joint pain.
Girlfriend is there anything that you can't do? Her eyebrows look amazing!!! Be very careful with your hands and fingers, I'm having surgery the first of the year on my thumbs. Right hand first then the left. I have had shots that hurt like you wouldn't believe and they really didn't help much. I'm using Aleve roll on lotion and thumb guards, both help some. Take care, rest your hands as much as you can!! 💕
Try some support bandages as I find they do the trick ! But stick with them
Warm water for 10 mins to help with inflamation and pain. You can do this everyday after your activites.
