We did run coffee franchise similar to Tim Horton, in a very good demand area 2001. We did hit our sales 9 month then sales were declining due to marketing effort from franchisor, new store competitor catches us after few month Timmy’s open and we couldn’t keep up sales as rent and overhead were expensive. We weren’t aware nor franchisor informed us but collecting ads fees for nothing, so I faced regional manager regarding sales and store underperforming, he refuse to give exact incident but story about how they running perfectly, and left negatives gestures
One of our loyal customer informed us by saying , “you watch out” you ve competitor.
Franchisor did nothing we ended up closing store and loss capital, after few month later franchisor closed many store then new restaurant were open popeyes oh boy they hit the goldmine! $$$$ Timmy still there as area grown population and senior they could $$$$ profit its long term game sir and hard-work. No hand out, you need to earn it.

The info that was useful for me in this video is that our man here took LMIA's to import the cheap labour.. I Would like to know more about how to find such employers like our Man Mr Tayyib Rasool. Bcz, employers like him would be useful for people like me who admire and has the ability to be in Canada but do not possess the education that is required for proper PR application. Hi , I f I am not wrong 50 K security deposit is always your money that you can get back ? But he also said every year you pay them 50-60 K. So what is it ? I dont understand it ?

@@rashid_ali how can we learn for ex earnings for new brunswick province ? In my calculation if you have 2-3 workers and they work 24/7 at least you pay 250-300 $ a day for them which makes 8-9 K for a month and if you get like 5K as the owner at least you have to get in your pocket 15 K a month. so the shop s total total sales at least should be 150 K for a month which means 1.5-2 million a year but he said 1.5 million is not possible with only store sales ?? there should be something wrong with the figures because thats simple logic..

Great interview but the title is misleading. It's about grocery store business but the interview is all about circle k and a bit of fast food. The grocery store business is not even touched during the interview. Actually, I was looking for a grocery store business.
