Very good up to the point of the soul needing nourishing, the soul needs nothing to exist, the soul is pure and cannot be influenced in any way , only the physical body can be influenced, the soul is eternal.

For time untold before you were born you did not exist. When you sleep at night before you enter into a dream, you do not exist. You are gone. There is no 'soul', there is no you. After you die there is no you again. There may be memories of you in other people, but you are gone. There is no you. There is no soul in my opinion. It's just a story that's told by certain people to try to comfort or control others into behaving themselves and not being absolute monsters to each other.

Breaking this guy down, he likes to use science to explain how he feels about the spirit. Dimensions he is just describing characteristics of ourselves. Spa, study pray action? Study yes, but pray no. God only exists because we believe he does. We are the ones that made god. As spiritual beings, we can sculpt & manifest whatever we want. There is no 4th dimention. He puts it as looking forward. We all have plans on life, but we dont always get to where we want to be. The 5th dimention is actually the soul. The first 3 parts are characteristics of just being human. The soul to me is something that can be stretched, it can be manipulated, it can be strengthened and expanded. It is also connected to all things. Astral projection is like taking your soul out for a test drive. You still have an astral cord to pull you back but you can explore what you can do as just a soul. Plus, he really shouldn't be using scientific terms becaus99% of scientists are atheists.
How to know that this "ones" is not an ancient programming to get everyone connected to a computer system, which is owned by one HUMAN family. System, which uses humans and human brains in a similar fashion as computer processor cores.
I see the same teachings in Jewish contents, Masonic (which is derivitive of previous), New Age or Atheistic technological viewpoints... Everything is programming to merge. All the teachings are tapping into religion or at least, believes...

If you don't understand what your emotion is made of how could you explore any further about soul ? You might go through scientific which rely upon relative truth being tied up with changes over time. Will you say that something is relatively true because considered as an absolute truth about soul. No way to gather information about soul unless you have to go through the final revelation of alquran.
Its abstract, if you like in modern scientific language its how we are built and programming, without it we would just be a lump of mud. It has no mass, no energy yet it obviously exists.
We are starting to understand this scientifically as information theory. In ancient terms its like a spiritual world of forms exists and these forms with mass and energy make the things we see. We are extremely complex examples of this.
The realm of forms consists of the plans and programming. Its easy to think this is trivial or is nothing but we see would exist without it. Its the spiritual world. An example is demon possesion its like a computer virus that takes over a humans thought pattern programming.
Btw. The Soul is not made from anything. To get a body, the Soul must project. That's learnt after birth. None of your rabbi, nor Moses have seen the Soul of other beings.
