Christmas pudding in the pressure cooker

This pudding was cooked in a 2 pint pudding basin for one hour and then allowed to slow release the pressure.
we ended up with 600g of fruit mixture after it had soaked for about 2 days in 1/2 cup of brandy or to your own taste.
INGREDIENTS
110g (4 oz) Be-Ro Self Raising Flour
Pinch salt
½ tsp grated nutmeg
½ tsp mixed spice
75g (3 oz) Atora shredded suet
110g (4 oz) raisins
110g (4 oz) sultanas
110g (4 oz) currants
110g (4 oz) soft brown sugar
50g (2 oz) mixed peel
Grated zest of ½ lemon
2 eggs
2 Tbsp brandy or milk
