Later it can be medically reconstructed, that he forgot to put on his machine and being drunk and drugged he had long cardiac pause triggering pulmonary edema . In the confusion he rushed towards the bathroom vomited fell and died of asphyxia or aspirated vomitus. The problem was the team pak.after the unexpected loss was under the radar . A incompetent pathologists initial report raised the alarm . If his name was disclosed than we'd all know the reason behind this much Ado about nothing
