If you are going to see her performances in that competition then I have a playlist with all of them in the correct order, i would suggest you to tackle them chronologically since all of them are masterpieces and i am sure that you would love them even more this way.
You got the pronunciation right :) Yes, Diana is just so advanced, even at 15. And, I agree, about her hand/arm gestures too; this isn't often mentioned, but yet it is something so many get wrong. She just has mastered every aspect of stage performance!

"Its a Man's Man's Man's World" is the second of four performances that Diana gave in the previous (2018) season of You are Super , when she was still only 14.
All four performances are stunning, and by the time she gave the fourth the first three had already received 80m views.
After the last ofthem, Igor Krutoy announced on stage that he would buy her an apartment in Moscow so that she could fulfil her dream of studying at an elite music school in Moscow.
He did so within a few weeks, and she still lives there, having studied at the renowned school Gitlis.
But her first masterpieces had been even earlier.
Among them are live performances she gave between the ages of 11 and 13 of a song, "Жанна д'Арк," that tells the story of the life and burning at the stake of Joan of Arc.
These performances are so powerful that when she was 13, a short 5 minute film was made - comprising silent extracts from Luc Besson's feature film "The Messenger,", starring John Malkovich et. al.., with Milla Jovovich as Joan.
She recorded the song in the studio as the soundtrack (although putting it this way misleading, because the silent film is merely a staging of Diana's performance of the song).
The result is superb.
In particular, the intensity and maturity with which she depicts Joan's agony is quite incredible.

Yes, even at that age, Diana had that incredible depth of voice, and also demonstrating the ability to employ more range. How mysterious it is, that her physiology is so unique that it results in such a singular tone. And that very final line gives me chills, just like she is known for.

Go back one more year when she is 14, performing Rechenka. It is pure vocal witchcraft, making your imagination go where she wants, an absolute and all-time masterpiece.

One of my favorites by her is from the "Show Mask Go On" entitled "Oh, It's Not Yet Evening" ua-cam.com/video/cfTiQkJrLi0/v-deo.html. It's an over 300 year old folk song about a Cossack warrior who dreams of his death in an imminent battle. On Diana's face you see sadness, anxiety and pain of the soul of the Cossack warrior. One would swear she borrowed that soul to perform the song.
I'm not sure how many people appreciate the emotional gasps she produces here that absolutely melt me.

Great reaction to my favorite artist. If you go to her Wikipedia entry you will find lists and dates of her performances in the 3 tv talent shows that launched her career along with loads of other info. She often performs in a Moscow club (The Woodgrouse's Nest in English) where she is much more informal but still turns in some memorable performances and there is no recording technician adding any special effects to the track. Her comments relate to the fact she last sang it 5 years earlier when she was 13 as part of her 1st solo concert and at the last minute decided to resurrect it for this concert. Notice the big difference between her speaking voice and the first notes she sings. Where does all the resonance and depth suddenly come from?

I suggest that the broken clavicle at three, when she was found,affected her muscle growth pattern of her pharynx, larynx and the adaptation response to the injury gave her the polyphonic capabilities.

Greetings from Scotland! Remember, at this point, 15yo Diana had already been performing solo on stage for 9 years! Now Diana is a beautiful, confident young lady who has a wealth of experience and can sing any genre of music from Rock to opera if she wishes. I have never heard such a voice in my life. Diana is a very special young singer, and a very special young lady with a future in any area she choses to go into.

You are off just a little. Diana Ankudinova was born on May 31, 2003 which makes her only 14 years old, so technically Diana doesn't turn 15 until a few weeks after this performance, but really, who cares, it's the performance that counts! The vocal competition Diana took part in was called the “You Are Super Super-Season” which took place on May 12, 2019. During this performance some reactors were saying it sounded like Diana was using Auto-Tune during this performance, or some other kind of electronic vocal Manipulation.
The general consensus of many reactors, professional recording sound engineers, and vocal professionals, not just reactors, all say no. NO auto-tune was added or used, nor any other form of electronic voice manipulation.
This performance was her second appearance on the “You Are Super”, vocal competition, Diana Ankudinova won the previous year in 2018. The 2019 season of the show was called the "You Are Super, Super-Season" and was to consist mostly of winners and finalists from previous seasons. As the 2018 winner, Diana Ankudinova was invited back, she also won that 2019 “You Are Super, Super-Season”.
As an aside, in 2017 when Diana was 13, Diana’s vocal range was first measured from a low of D3 (lower alto range) to a high of A5 (upper alto range), which is still unusually low for a 13 year old girl. Diana did not have her vocal range measured again until she was 18 years old on September 25, 2021 during her “ShowMaskGoOn!” performance of “Can’t Help Falling In Love”.
But no one was prepared for the sound she exhibited during this performance of Wicked Game during the 2019 “You Are Super, Super-Season” competition finals! During the 2019 season their were only 2 other performances for a total of 3 during the 2019 “You Are Super, Super-Season” and they are:
• "Blizzard" - April 21, 2019
• "Human" - May 26, 2019 (Super-season finale)

What can I say, she's got it. That is PURE God giving talent. I'm sure she worked very hard to perform that song to perfection! But us mire mortals could practice 100 years and not sound like her. You either have it or you don't. Diana has that MAGICAL AMAZING voice! After reading on Wikipedia about her early traumatic life I'm just glad she survived to share her magnificent vocals with the world!
Isn’t she incredible? I strongly recommend Rechenka. I also love her performance of ‘The Ornery Horses’ by Vygotsky, when she performed it for the first time (she was wearing a pink blazer). It’s a very simple, stripped-back performance and very emotional.

👉 Diana's rendition of this song is unique and amazing. She has something primal, mystical, but also sensitive and sensual in her voice and she lives her songs. She also has a perfect pitch and her sense of rhythm was exceptional even as a little girl. Diana is a dramatic contralto, the rarest and lowest female voice type (her general range is C3-C7, the main working C3-C6) and her voice sometimes has polyphonic overtones. (Not everyone can hear that and many just say: There's something in her voice... that's it!)

In 2019 Diana sang this song in the singing competition 'You are super' (she was 15 years old). This competition is unique in the world, an international TV- competition, especially for adopted and orphaned children.
In 2018 and 2019 Diana entered this unique competition and won twice.
The winner of the season will be determined by a 6-day public vote and the final took place in the Kremlin Palace and her videos were uploaded to UA-cam and soon she had millions of fans. She called us Friends.
The project producers help the finalists start their studies and encourage their creativity. Diana won a scholarship.
Igor Krutoy, here in "You are Super" as a juror, gave Diana a small apartment (37m²/ 398 ft²) in Moscow with the words: Live and sing!
There, in the small flat she lives with her mother and grandmother and was able to begin her vocal training with the best teachers such as Professor Olga Donskoy. (She died of Covid-19 in Oct. 2020). Now she is taught by the great Alexandra Pismennaya, who was a student of Prof. Donskoy.
*Igor Krutoy, *1954 in Ukraine SSR. He lives and works in Moscow/Russia. He is singer, a world- famous composer and music titan in Russia (billionaire). He is also a sponsor and a juror in this competition. His family is in the US now. Krutoy came out of retirement to write songs for Dimash Qudaibergen. The maestro and Dimash have been working together from time to time since 2018. Krutoy is also still in touch with Diana and he introduced her to Brandon Stone. The result: 1st CD in December 2021 and in June 2022 there was a gold disc.

Yes, the extent of the abuse was criminal to the point that at age 3 she was left abandoned at a Russian bus stop in the winter with a broken collarbone!! God has taken care of her.
