Watched this, saw the sensor you dusted at 6 mins in then immediately looked at mine. The sensor didn't even look dirty but giving it a quick brush worked a treat. Thanks so much.
BIG, BIG, BIG, THANK YOU! Cleaning the sensor shown at 6:06 with a makeup brush FIXED my printer which was flashing (Green) Power, WiFi and ADF lights!

I have never seen this error before but following your cleaning instructions and fortunately having a can of spray duster, I was able to blow the dust out of all places visible and when I turned printer back on the error message was gone and it worked first time. I didn't have to download the wic support file but have kept it for future reference. Many thanks for your help. Angie in the UK

Thank you! The sensor cleaning suggestion at 06:00 fixed the problem! Used compressed gas for electronics instead of a brush.

not detecting paper? so if you try to do a copy it doesn't even attempt to pickup paper? does it give you an error message?
@@PaoloMarcelli it pulls the paper half though without starting to print, and then its stuck half way . and only massage is then no paper.
@@nextlevel734 hmmmm definitely a weird situation that never occurred to me, but It makes me think of a broken sensor of paper registration
