Hello, but what if my server service not include permitions to edit Apache settings? Can I by pass this validation hardcoding moodle php files?

u can't skip, bcs installed plugins will be not work if vars not set to 5000

you should contact your server administrator to allow you acces file manager (the directory of moodle)
