Great topic! One of my favorite hero's right there. Rich Dad changed my life when I got out of the military. It is what led me to flipping houses and ultimately opening my own mortgage company specializing in VA loans to help other fellow brothers and sisters!
Gotta say the hosts should have asked more follow up questions to get more “meat and potatoes” from him. It seems like all they did was say wow and agree with everything he said.
I am so grateful I finally started finding channels that are about real estate investing while being active it has been a pain and I will definitely make it on y'alls channel one day
Great guy Kiyosaki is. But would've been beneficial to get more out of this 30 minutes than "Vietnam was cool" and "get a professional bookkeeper". Perhaps next time ask some questions like: "What ways can you leverage being a veteran to become a real estate investor?" "What kind of property type markets have a better veterans network for real estate nvesting?" "What is an example of a real investment property you flipped using a veterans loan?" I hope this doesn't come off as "offensive", but I really appreciate you for providing these videos. As a current AD, hoping to learn more from experience.
ChainsawMack I hear ya! This video provided the kind of value that we needed at the time of the interview. We wanted to give him the liberty to talk and drop whatever Golden nuggets he could freely and organically... that being said, a lot of the questions you ask are important and worth discussing... which is exactly why we work on providing value to our community so everyone can learn and discuss such questions openly with over 11k other service members and their families. I've always wanted to invest in forex/stock trading, after a few trials I realized that trading without a good mentor and guidance is a waste of time and money.

Why aren’t more recent retired/eas, or active duty military getting Real Estate Agent licenses?
Albert’s Real Estate Channel probably isn’t for them or don’t understand the value or too complicated.
