Great reporting. I wonder if they had some sort of machine apparatus that could remove those bushes. I do think it's awesome though to see the lake filling up.
They probably could have done the maintenance before the water level came up, but I think now that it is out there in the water they will not do anything about it... I'm not sure they would do anything about it if it was on dry land.
Looks like in a few weeks or a month wearing some waders out there with some spoon action will be a good call... There are some great boon fishing spots shaping up.
And these are just the bushes you can see. There are still a ton of submerged stuff you don't see. Snag City for sure. If the lake stays this high it will take a year or so for that to die off
Hey brother, is this video from like 1 week ago? I could of swear you went right by me and said hello , I was there in juniper point, and you have a lot of gear
@@TroutWest thanks for the reply bro I went up got a good spot at junipers point slayed it with the spoons man countless were caught . Thanks for the info bro 😎

Definitely water level up and snowing up there today. Thanks for sharing from Juniper Point!
Thinking about heading out there tomorrow but road conditions right now aren't promising :/
Probably will be a mess Saturday but Sunday should be good. I bring the chains anyway case there is ice buildup
Time to bring clippers and waders

I've never seen it that high before, awesome to see. Going to be a pain with the new underwater snags though.

Love it, Boots on the Ground 😅
That's the only way to get the real information.
I’m into boating. Sorry, not too interested in fishing. How is the seaweed and algae?
Best to call the lake for boating info

Do they usually go around checking licenses ? Do I have to pay to fish there ?
Fish and game does check licenses... There is no cost to fish there at big bear. Just the license.

That's awesome! Congrats on the fish🎯🔥🔥
