    The guy left because she was beating him, he comes back in an attempt to protect his child from her, she files for custody and in the meantime the underage teenaged son would rather live in another state than with his mother, and they hand over the child without a second thought, give him visitation and yet he never gets to see her again.
    AND THAT is our “child protective” system at work. Congratulations.

      That’s the court system and the family court system, to be exact. Not the “child protective” system. Also, so many people talk shit about the “system” but I don’t see a lot talking about how if people would think just a little bit and communicate a little bit before they fucked they wouldn’t have to have “the system” involved. Also, if people put their goddamned kids ahead of themselves, “the system” wouldn’t have to get involved.
      And if people would volunteer their time and money, and if people would become social workers and work for “the system” instead of constantly harping about it, and if people would get off their asses and do a quick google search or better yet get the fuck off their dead, complaining Karen _asses_ and shadow a family services worker to see how much “the system” needs help and hands and money and people who care about kids, “the system” would be better. But people would rather be ineffective complainers who remain willfully ignorant, who blame everyone and anyone they can for a system _that includes them_ that they say doesn’t work, and who constantly degrade frontline workers that work themselves senseless to save a kid that the Karen complainers don’t even know _exist_ and I’m sick of it. These are the same ass
      holes that have zero citeable data about “the system” but constantly debase and degrade law enforcement, GALs, CASA volunteers, child protective workers, abuse and neglect hotline workers and many other folks that work hard to do the best they can with little to no salary, respect, help or thanks.
      All these people do is remain lazy, uneducated and unhelpful and leave the hard work to others at the same time they complain about it. Trash.

The guy said, "if you are feeling overwhelmed by life, we can help...call us." Sure, it was an actual ISSUE, not so e random "I feel sad" thing, but i thought they might have some advice. Not so much...they transferred me and transferred me (etc etc). I wanted to hang up, but they warned me that this could involve a police visit to ensure my safety....one woman was very excited to tell me that I was so very very lucky to be talking with an actual SUPERVISOR (!) not just some random volunteer, but that, sadly, she was just about to leave for her annual vacation, so she was going to transfer me again ("don't hang up !!")...the next woman told me that as it was almost 5 pm, she was just getting ready to leave for the day, but if I would promise (swear...pinky swear) not to commit suicide overnight, she would make sure that someone called me the next day between 8 and noon, would I please give her my phone number ? I laughed and said "don't you HAVE it ? Are you telling me that you don't have caller ID?" She said, "well sure we do, but I wanted your permission to use your number." To get her off the phone I gave her the number. Over the next 2 days, I ignored exactly 3 calls from them. That was it. Good job.

Should have killed her and claimed self defense and leave her husband alive. I do think it's interesting that it takes a while for some patients to get a schizophrenic diagnosis and these experts can do it in a few hours for murder cases. The shrink was annoyed at the other shrinks diagnosis and spent to much time discrediting her. She came across arrogant and condescending. If shrinks are so smart how come they can't always figure out if a patient is go to kill themselves or others and help them before they do it. The whole field of severe mental illness is interesting if you don't have it. Having schizophrenia is hell and destroys people's ability to live normal lives. Hearing voices is so painful and you have no control. All people can hope for is treatment to help manage their symptoms.

She was suppose to be an expert witness that should only be testifying in their field, she went way off of her expertise. A good defense would have discredited her testimony by addressing her testimony that said Nicole had killed anyone. As an expert you are not a witness to the crime. How can she testify about issues you have no direct knowledge of. Doesn't mean Nicole is innocent, just that the DR. went way beyond giving her expert opinion and should not have done that. The anderson report was phony. I had no contact with nicole for 3 months. Anderson had the mom bring nicole over. Nicole picked up a toy the beast of beauty and the beast and at 3 years 2 months said to me and anderson mommy monster. Nicole then picked up a toy sword and another doll. That doll she called mommy. She took the toy sword and stabbed the mommy doll twice in the abdoms and the tried to cut off the dolls head. Kids at 3 are not monsters. Joan Anderson left this out of her fake report. I filed it in a 1997 lawsuit which was denied. 18 years later nicole is in Washington sees a sword and buys it. Joey steals it. Nicole goes to tampa and calls joey and tells him she has a sword. A couple days later mom and Dienes are dead. The house police list had no sword. Nicole had the moms gun. Mom was shot twice in the abdomen and once in the head. Just like the Anderson dolls. I have my last video of nicole. Her lip is busted swollen and bloody. At 3 years old I asked her while my video camera was running. Who did this nicole. Nicole says mommy did that like hurt my ear. A 3 year old tells us on video her mommy is punching her in the mouth. I was order to supervised visitation. Nicole's left ear was damaged. The mom blamed me. 3 year old nicole tells us on video it was mom. You have it wrong. Mommy was psychotic the court system was the monster

      It makes perfect sense. Considering the tumultuous relationship with her mom, an arguement probably spurred between the two over the housing and how it'd effect her schooling. • @wtrdawnlord
      @wtrdawnlord 2 роки тому +24

      @@PR0MAN01 Except that isn't at all what happened. Yes the mom was apparently emotionally abusive, but there wasn't some impromptu argument that lead to a crime of passion. Nicole snuck into the house, parking her car blocks away, killed her stepdad and then left. She then returned about a day later and shot mom in the driveway before mom could get inside and find stepdad. Nicole even tried to get into stepdad's email so that mom wouldn't become concerned or suspicious that she wasn't hearing from him. Did you even watch the same video? There was absolutely nothing to support your idea that Nicole and mom got into some big argument that lead to Nicole killing stepdad and mom. How would that even explain how stepdad was killed hours before mom and inside the house while he was apparently watching TV and eating chips and then mom was shot out on the driveway, again hours apart from one another?

Everything she said about abnormal persecution ideation, no history of hallucinatory episodes, and the average responses of the defendant was so incredibly crucial that she alone won the case for the prosecution. I have never been called to present findings in a criminal case and I doubt I ever will. However, if that ever happens I sincerely hope that I am not tasked with facing off against her. Also, the dad was dead for a couple of days by then. I think you could probably tell he was dead by looking at him. Most likely her attorney told her to dress conservative in an effort to make her "appear" more innocent. Especially in the South where many courts tend to lean towards being more conservative, many people are advised to play up the appearance. It's amusing, especially when you know that the individual IS a monster.

      I'm not sure she's being 100% truthful in her statements. I had a close friend with paranoid schizophrenia. Schizophrenics don't necessarily live in delusions all the time. They are capable of executive functioning (my friend self-medicated with heroin, and he was certainly capable of getting money and scoring no matter how bad his paranoia got). Also it should be noted that schizophrenia doesn't usually develop until people are in their 20s, so the fact that she never exhibited it sooner is not necessarily a deal-breaker.

    I do think she was very afraid of her mother. I think her mother was emotionally annihilating and Nicole couldn’t face having to tell her that she’d messed up getting her school housing. That’s what Nicole meant when she said “she was going to kill me”. It was a metaphor. Nothing justifies what Nicole did and she needs to be in prison for life. But if her mother was the malignant narcissist that other investigations insinuate she was, this begins to make a certain kind of sense.
