2 seam grip is actually faster but 4 seam is my preference but use 3 fingers make sure and you should feel the ball roll off your index finger first then your middle finger let it roll off
Ty so much bro you don’t know how much help you are I have been trying to pitch into the middle of a tire for a day and have not been successful But I used To pitch when I was 9 now I’m 11 and Turing 12 in July and asking for baseballs and a new mit and everything else I need and when I got done watching this video I went outside and did that drill and first try it went into the tire and I did it agin and it went through the tire and then finally I decided to do a normal pitch and it went perfect through the middle so tysm!
Hey I’m 13, 14 in April and I’m throwing 68-70 from 60,6 but this upcoming weekend will be my third time throwing from 60,6 and my bicep always seems to hurt I want to say it’s because I didn’t really throw like I should’ve for almost 2 years because of covid and I can’t go for longer than 2 innings without my arm starting to hurt is it just because I’m not used to pitching from 60,6 or what’s going on?
My nephew is ten and has thrown two no hitters in his league so far. His league is seven innings minimum. Your videos are the reason my nephew becomes a professional pitcher

Coach can you show us where is the best grip to throw fastball and to make spin faster??
