The boots are really comfortable, very cushy, until it comes to the toe box/cap toe, and this is probably because they are a little small for me. It was my first time buying shoes from Hermes and I thought they were fine when I tried them on in the store on the carpeted floor. The inaccurate size conversion table on their website didn’t help either. When I started using them on another vacation which involved a lot of walking including some trekking on rocky ground, it got uncomfortable. They can’t even be stretched because the toe box is like a hard, rubber sort of material, not leather. It does provide very good traction though. I don’t know…. I haven’t installed it. I’m going to sound really silly but I’m so afraid that it might be positioned incorrectly, and then the scarf wouldn’t look nice, and reinstalling would result in damage to the wall. I’m trying to find someone who is confident about the job. I even tried asking Hermes if they could refer me to a someone who has done it for their boutiques, but they said they can’t do that. Anyway, I hope I’ll put it up before the end of the year so I can display my scarves in the new year. I will do a video when that happens. Thanks for asking! 💖✨😘
