Take in consideration your talking about a nearly 4000lbs SUV with AWD. My 2015 Lincoln MKC 2.0 is just about the same dimensions and weight as the Cherokee. And does it around the same time and i have 240hp & 270lbs torque. The Cherokee is 270hp & 295lbs torque. Both are MORE than sufficient for the vehicles sizes.
Funny.. my 2021 Jeep 2.0T beat my 2014 Overland with 5.7 hemi to 80. I drive a 860whp hellcat and that little 2.0t still keeps me engaged for what it is. If you get a chance drive one I'm sure it will change your mind. This again comming from a V8 guy. 😉
@@oliversoler21 something must be wrong with that Overland then, even with the typical MOPAR terrible shifting map/trans software from it being the first year of the 8 speed. This thing is at least a full second slower to 60 than the 2015 Summit 5.7L I had, which weighed as much as my '19 RAM 1500 does.... Not discounting the 2.0T - having lived in Europe most of my life, that has been an adequate setup for a long time over there, but there's no reason to make stuff up. It's more than adequate of an engine for a 3500-4000lbs SUV.
What app was that on the phone?
Torque for Android
Impressive.
Lol, I’m not trolling.
Mercedes-Beenz
Trailhawk, or limited?
Limited with stock 18' on Yokohama Geolandar AT
About 7.9 sec, and you didn't even hit 60 lol. Not very good in my opinion, but it could be worse
