Principal ,Sr. Lecturer and Lecturer posts in DIETs should be fill on regular basis and seperate carder to improve Elementary Teacher Education. Minimum qualification of Lecturer and Sr. Lecturer in DIETs should be M.Ed ( Ele. Edu. ) and five years teaching experience of Govt. Elementary school. Rules and regulations of NCTE must be followed in DIETs by Elementary Education Department. Quality of elementary teacher education programme must be improved for quality of elementary education.
