probably you can go to interface profile and add more interfaces in the interface selector.

Is it possible to create port channel between leaf switch? Like port 1 on lf1 and lf2 without using vpc

When you create a portchannel on two devices with two separate control plane, you call it virtual portchannel. Please let me know if I have misunderstood your question.
