Have you ever had a dream that felt so far off in the distance? So unattainable, that you had no right to even consider reaching for it? Because there was no chance in hell you would ever actually reach out far enough and grab it. Have you ever had that? I have, the road is long but I want to stick with animation. I’m 21 years old, however long it takes. I’ll grab that dream someday.
Hey, you are on the right track. If you have a vision for yourself and the guts to go for it at this age, you are already half way there. At your age I was playing it safe and discarding my dreams. I am 28 now and I regret my choices. Go for it and I wish you all the best. You will achieve your dreams
im 20 as of writing this. i made that desision a long time ago, im still going. somedays i thought to myself i would rather quit, i could be doing better things. somedays i thought to myself im wasting time and energy, i should be animating, why am i being lazy. and yet through all the hardships im still here, still going to be here. because once you hit that dream it freaking rocks, i still got a long way to go, but i hit a few milestones. this mountain maybe tall, with sharp edges, danger at every moment. it may even be tiring to climb, and the top maybe far off. but sometimes there is a nice place, waiting to give you rest to keep going. there maybe other mountains just ahead that are bigger in everyway, but this mountain right here is my mountain, and if i ever hit the top, ill just find a bigger one. but ill always remember this mountain.
